Finally stepped out of the house yesterday, after 2 long days at home. I felt it was necessary. Hargao was going to Australia. Decided to meet the guys up at white sands at 3pm to buy a gift before going. Felt super pang sehed lah. They were all late or they detoured. Earliest guy was Ly at like 10 minutes late. The rest were close to the half hour mark. Jungang was doing some shopping for his work and Terence had some family matters to see to. Oh well. At least we got together in the end. I dont mind. At least I could tune in to my Zen.

The more variety that Kenneth predicted in White Sands in comparision to TM boiled down to a shop, More Than Words. Hahas. But I guess TM didn sell much stuff toys also anyway. Minitoons and Toys R Us. Nah. Anyway, we ended up buying a piggie piglet for Hargao. It is quite cute lah, but for huggable, I dont think any of the stuff toys that matches up is fit for hand carry, not even Mr Scrawny Legs Pooh Bear. So it was a good choice anyway.

The airport. Nothing much is the same anymore. Probably just two fountains I spotted remind me a tinge of my childhood. Gone are the days where I can run down the long and dark Terminal 1 viewing gallery to the playground outside Swensens. Maybe my legs grew longer so the distance grew shorter? I love deceiving myself. Anyway, I take consolence in the nice stretch that still remains on the right side of the Terminal 1 viewing MALL. Although I still prefer going left.

Anyway back to the main issue. Well time was flying lah. The 2 to 3 hours we spent at the airport was very quickly over. Nothing much actually, taking photos and the standard stuff. But the main issue wasn us having fun lah, it was to give support to a friend. Kind of ironic actually, there were 2 people from s203 on the trip but their class wasn there, and for us..hahas.

I think Yvonnes brother is really sweet. He can do what most of us cant, express his emotions openly. It takes a real man to cry. Im envious. That is something I wont be able to achieve in a long time.

All too soon, it was time to go. I guess there is always an end to everything. Not much of a tearful goodbye. I guess that part is for her family. We are to give the encouragement and smiles after that. And so we stuck our faces to the glass as she took her walk in till we couldn see her anymore.

Anyway, she is safe and sound in Melbourne now. The powers of MSN messenger, or should I say Windows Live Messenger. Yes I got to talk to her. =]

Wish her a enjoyable and fruitful 3 weeks there.

People are leaving. Yvonne left yesterday. Terence left for Malaysia this morning for soccer. The choir people are going to Malacca soon. Its the time of the year I guess.

Wish all of them fun and fruitful trips lah.

For me, not very soon, but I be going to KL. Should be quite a nice change.

Hope to be able to go out soon. And yes, I still been dreaming alot.
