I had my rest. Almost 12 hours last night, 10pm to 10am. And another 4 hours or so todays afternoon. Feeling better now. More like the me i used to be. Optimistic. Happy go lucky. I guess the camp is not as bad as I made it up to be. It is pretty boring but it had its highs as well. It was mainly tiring lah. And now that the fatigue is gone, it is good.

Woke up the sounds of christmas carols. Yeah. The festive mood is in the air again. Christmas hold a different significance to me. I am not a Christian so instead of being a religious affair, it gives me a pure feeling, a feeling of happiness, relaxation and togetherness. It is a wonderful feeling. Although the days of Christmas trees and decoration has ceased to exist for quite a few years now, the festive mood just returns whenever i hear carols. It is wonderful. That is why I sing them at random times of the year. I am wishing for this time to come.

Three days to my surgery. It sounds pretty simple. Remove the scar I have on my right of the face. Well, that scar has been with me since childbirth. But I am feeling a sense of void now. Just empty. I do not know if I should be afraid. I do not know if I should miss the days I have this scar with me. Afraid of changes and afraid of novelty. Resistance to change. Actually, the scar would be longer after the surgery. I am removing it mainly cause the doctor says it may be cancerous in future.

On a lighter note, going baking with the 06S202-ians before the surgery. Sounds like its going to be fun. Watching VCDs, baking and cooking. Yeah.
